Information for Speakers
We are well past the due date for submission. The submission system is now closed for all stages. Currently all the proposals are being reviewed. Please make sure to respond promptly to feedback or questions asked by the review team.

Compensation for speakers
Speakers will be compensated as follows:
| 180 minute session | 1 Free Registration + 3 Hotel Nights + $500 Honorarium |
| 60 or 90 minute session or Full Research Paper |
1 Free Registration + 3 Hotel Nights |
| 30 min session | 1 Free Registration |
| < 30 min | No Compensation |
Compensation is only for primary speakers, co-presenters don't receive compensation. Hotel nights are capped at 4 nights for speakers with multiple accepted sessions. They cannot be accumulated beyond the cap or transferred to another person. Free registrations cannot be accumulated or transferred.
Limits on Accepted and Active Sessions
In AgileIndia2012, a speaker will not be allowed more than 2 accepted sessions in the conference program. This limit applies regardless of whether a speaker is enlisted as a first or second speaker on a proposal.
Each submitter may have up to four active submitted proposals. If a proposal is rejected, deleted, or withdrawn, it becomes inactive. This limit applies regardless of whether a submitter is enlisted as a first or second speaker on a proposal.
